Dalam persidangan dugaan suap terkait pergantian antarwaktu (PAW) DPR atas Harun Masiku, saksi Riezky Aprilia menyatakan adanya insiden di mana Hasto Kristiyanto, Sekjen PDIP, pernah diminta mundur dari Pileg 2019 demi memberi jalan bagi Harun. Riezky bahkan sempat menangis saat menceritakan momen panas tersebut, menyatakan, “Saya tahu Anda Sekjen Partai, tetapi Anda bukan Tuhan” (antaranews.com). Kesaksian ini menunjukkan tekanan internal yang dialami, meski tidak menyebut secara eksplisit bahwa Hasto menolak tawaran menjadi menteri.

 

 

 

Pernyataan Noel: Klaim Penolakan Menteri Tidak Benar

 

Ketua komunitas Jokowi Mania (JoMan), Immanuel Ebenezer alias Noel, menyanggah keras klaim bahwa Hasto pernah menolak tawaran posisi menteri. Menurutnya, tudingan tersebut adalah “semua bohong.” Noel menegaskan bahwa Hasto tidak pernah berada dalam posisi tersebut, sehingga tidak mungkin menolak tawaran semacam itu .

 

 

 

Konteks Dugaan Suap dan Implikasinya

 

Kasus ini bermula dari dugaan bahwa Hasto menyuap mantan Komisioner KPU, Wahyu Setiawan, sebesar Rp600 juta supaya Harun Masiku bisa lolos PAW DPR. Jaksa KPK menyebut bukti transfer dan upaya menahan surat pelantikan Riezky Aprilia sebagai bagian dari strategi tersebut (detik.com). Tim pembela Hasto menyampaikan beberapa eksepsi, termasuk bahwa beberapa saksi mungkin mengalami intimidasi atau tekanan.

 

Meskipun saksi dalam persidangan mengungkap dinamika internal yang tegang, tidak ada pernyataan langsung bahwa Hasto menolak jabatan menteri. Dan dengan tegas, Noel membantah klaim tersebut sebagai kebohongan. Kasus ini merupakan bagian dari persidangan dugaan suap PAW DPR dan masih terus berkembang melalui proses hukum.
